Now that we are starting to build profiles I am starting to see so many different applications.

Your profiles should be a living, breathing document on who you are. If you are in the mode to look for work then modify your profile to reflect your job pursuits.

Upload audio talking about your qualifications and what you offer to your future employer. Upload a video of you discussing your qualifications. Write a blog about your accomplishments and accepted ideas by your previous employer. Upload images that best represent your prior work experience. Document all of work experience and achievements in your profile.

Once you have updated your profile, include a link to your Quired profile when you send your resume as an attachment to the prospective employer via email.

Invite future employers into your experience. I would imagine you are worth more than just what can be said on a piece of paper.

Quire profiles should be used as media resumes if you need to secure employment.
